Mandelson Can’t Block RBS Funding Kraft’s Cadbury Bid (Update1)
Mandelson told Labour lawmakers RBS is “merely one of several banks involved in the takeover bid,” the U.K. department for business, innovation and skills said in a statement today. “The government is not in a position legally or otherwise to direct RBS in its activities.”
